The volume of insurance premiums of the Private Joint-Stock Company PRESTIGE COMPANY for 2025 amounted to 20,363 thousand UAH. The largest volumes of insurance premiums were brought by: voluntary property insurance – 2,054.03 thousand UAH, compulsory civil liability insurance of owners of land vehicles – 11,760.14 thousand UAH, “Green Card” – 1,637.10 thousand UAH.

The structure of the Company's insurance portfolio according to the results of 2025 is as follows: property insurance - 10.09%, compulsory civil liability insurance of owners of land vehicles - 57.75%, "Green Card" - 8.04%, liability insurance - 3.27%, auto Casco - 4.12%, personal and travel insurance - 5.58% and other 11.15%. Such indicators indicate the diversification of the insurance portfolio and the company's implementation of strategic goals. 

During 2025, the Company "PRESTIJ" brought its activities into line with the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine "On Approval of the Regulations on Authorization of Insurance Intermediaries and Conditions for Carrying Out Activities in the Sale of Insurance and/or Reinsurance Products" No. 2 dated January 3, 2025, as well as other regulatory and legal documents. This confirms the Company's status as a transparent and reliable participant in the financial market. Employees selling insurance products have been trained under the programs of partner insurers and have thoroughly mastered the new insurance products sold by the Company.

The Company carries out intermediary activities exclusively as an insurance agent and provides intermediary services in the field of insurance on behalf of and in the interests of leading insurance companies in Ukraine. PrJSC "COMPANY "PRESTIGE" offers clients a wide range of insurance services for all classes of insurance on behalf of partner insurers, providing an individual approach to each request.

Financial indicators as of the end of 2025: balance sheet currency – 68,867.0 thousand UAH, equity – 66,558.0 thousand UAH, profit 7,172.0 thousand UAH.

The company fulfills all its obligations to customers on time and in full.
