Yevhenii Brydun, the Founder of PRESTIGE Company, delivered a guest lecture on May 22, 2025, at the National Technical University of Ukraine "Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute." The lecture was part of the "Game Theory and Economic Behavior" discipline and focused on "Applying Game and Behavioral Concepts of Economic Agents for Forming a Financial Institutions Monitoring System."

Brydun emphasized the historical context and critical importance of financial monitoring. He stressed that due diligence for clients and continuous monitoring of business relationships are fundamental requirements under Ukrainian legislation.

A significant portion of the lecture was dedicated to the π-finance software module, developed by PRESTIGE Company in collaboration with the Institute of Financial Solutions. This module offers robust functionalities, including:

  • Screening new and existing clients against sanction lists, identifying politically exposed persons (PEPs) and their associates.
  • Generating standardized questionnaires for both individuals and legal entities.
  • Automating the creation of client profiles, complete with assigned risk levels.
  • Producing various reports, including those required for submission to the National Bank of Ukraine.
  • Facilitating data import and export from questionnaires.
  • Ensuring full compliance with current Ukrainian regulatory and legal documents.

According to Brydun, the automation of financial monitoring offers compelling advantages:

  • Significant time savings during verification processes.
  • Reduced costs associated with integrating with other information systems.
  • Minimizing the risks of incurring fines and damaging business reputation.

It was also highlighted that clients of the Institute of Financial Solutions (https://ifs.in.ua/ua/) have successfully undergone thematic inspections by the Regulator concerning financial monitoring.
